BDS federates Atos R&D efforts to grow the business technologist's IP capabilities and portfolio. BDS is at the heart of our customer’s challenges and help them streamlining their digital transformation.
In order to foster this journey in digital transformation, Cyber Security Solution Manager works collaboratively with clients, sales teams and internal delivery units to create the best solution for customer requirements tailored with BDS portfolio, as well as identify new and emerging solutions, technologies and products, assess their relevance and potential value to the business and customers.
Work closely with relevant units to drive bids, craft solutions and work sales opportunities / leads:
Design, prepare and specify requirements (technical and organizational solution), plus defining the solution (incl. technical, operational, costing, pricing and contractual aspects) and coordination of delivery unit input to the bid
Develop and establish bid cost and business case investment models
Develop a solution and offerings strategy that enables us to consistently surpass customer expectations in quality and quickly move up the value chain in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market with differentiating offerings
Deliver winning proposals, containing the right offer and financial model for the combination of services, delivery capabilities, technology and pricingThrough thought leadership, expert knowledge and leveraging industry networks, help determine the development requirements around new services and existing portfolio. Identify and drive new business development opportunities.
Develop new connections that can contribute in positioning BDS propositions with partners, clients and other Atos organizational units. Promotes cross-functional team working, actively seeking opportunities to strengthen collaboration between groups. Ensures that common goals are understood and appreciates group dynamics and achievement of team results.
Build relationships with customers based on mutual trust and respect, maintaining this when issues arise. Is seen as a well respected partner and trusted consultant who can influence the decisions at different levels of the client.
Provide advice on systems, including the technical aspects and security requirements, the operational and maintenance aspects of systems, and proposed system recovery procedures.
Regularly deliver sales and portfolio trainings to sales, project management and delivery communities and other solution managers on the new technologies and portfolio elements of BDS. Effectively communicate complex information to different audiences. Commands attention and can manage large groups.

The TTS (Technology Transformation Services ) Technology Expert Sales is responsible for supporting reaching the sales targets as set by the TTS management by taking the ownership for larger bids for TTS. The TTS Technology Expert Sales reports directly to the head of TTS in Turkey and has a functional reporting line to the head of CEE TTS Project Management, Sales & Consulting. He/she is responsible successful bidding for larger TTS opportunities.He/she must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of datacentre transformation, application platforming, workplace migrations and IT service integration. He/she is able to assemble bid teams with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process
- Supporting Sales in front of the customer explaining and positioning the TTS portfolio.
- Being the “convincing expert” in front of the customer
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process (bid team, bid strategy, commercial model, managing internal approval processes, QS of the bid, managing the bid budget) for larger TTS opportunities
- Ensure that TTS bids to customers are delivered in time and quality
- Assignments will be primary in the country of employment, but can also be in other countries within the CEE GBU
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the local TTS portfolio in cooperation with the local TTS head
- Manages the relationship with other sales-organizations in ATOS (MS Client Management, Markets) and with Partners to ensure realization of the sales targets through other sales channels
- Facilitate innovation workshops with the customer to generate new leads
- Initiate projects to generate sales-leads in cooperation with business development and marketing
- Ensures that customer satisfaction is always a top priority and initiates any actions needed to bring customer satisfaction to the highest level
- Participates in periodical sales/pipeline calls
- Identifies customer needs in his territory and feed-back those needs to the TTS organization for new-offers to be developed
