•  Proven experience implementing Lean project management and experience in Lean Systems implementation

• Check up and analysis of actual Assembly Line configuration in order to find “waste” area;
• Define and fixing all method and logic for assembly line logistic 
• Define and fixing packaging for all components;
• Define and design lay -out for each job station;
• Standard work and visual management 
• KPI monitoring 
• Use and apply lean  tools (5S, smed, TPM, Value Stream  mapping)
