QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University graduate (Business Administration, Psychology, Public Relations and Communication )
• MA degree of Human Resources and Organizational Development is preferred
• 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly energized with a positive attitude towards his/her work
• Being self-driven with a confident personality
• Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and with HR team
• Ability to cope with changing environments, work conditions or scope
• Focus on delivering business results through making use of all HR functions and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team
• Strong project management skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment
• Fluent with numbers and good analytical, strategic thinking skills
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point
• Native or Advanced level in reading, writing, speaking Business English

İŞ TANIMI

• Drive the implementation of the HR strategy to support the short and long-term business goals by building strong partnerships throughout the FIC Turkey organization
• Provide a full range of HR consulting services and problem solving in the areas of employee relations, rewards, people and organizational development, talent acquisition and development, retention, performance management, internal communication and trainings
• Representing HR in business meetings whenever necessary while becoming a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to senior management and all employees
• Work as a partner with Regional and Global HR Teams to build excellence in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HR products, services and processes for the FIC Turkey organization while integrating and sharing best practices
• Develop HR Projects and execute the projects based on analytical and project management skills
• Act as a change agent by promoting and providing advice and support for organizational change and performance culture
• Provide advice and expertise to resolve HR issues and/or daily business related issues that may arise with minimal or no supervision
• Support Senior HR Managers in guiding and influencing staff, supervisors, managers on HR matters to ensure effective solutions in compliance with company’s HR policies
• Conduct analysis and benchmarking of rewards practices with other FIC organizations and Turkish market and prepare management reports with valid interpretation of various survey results
