Reporting to the PGS Europe OTR Predictivity and Software Solutions Leader, the Operations Technology Leader will be responsible for the Operations technology integration on complex Predictivity & Software solutions projects. Operations Technology Leader will work closely with the Solutions Architect & Installation leader during the project scope definition, with the Project Manager on the installation phase and also with the Asset Value Manager on start-up and handover to customer.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Engineering from an accredited College or University 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering results in client facing service delivery roles 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing large and complex projects. 
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience leading large and complex professional teams 
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with performance solutions and products. 
- Experience on Power Generation projects 
- Experience on software implementation projects 
- Experience leading installation teams of different contractors. 
- Deep knowledge of all Condition Based Monitoring equipment on GE business portfolios and also on external market. 
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Operations Management software. 
- Proficiency on Project Management software tools

Role Summary
 
GE Healthcare IT (hereafter HCIT) software solutions help enhance patient care and operational efficiency for healthcare providers from independent physician practices to integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
 
The HCIT EAGM Commercial Controller, based in EAGM, reports to the HCIT & Partners EMEA Commercial Controller. The role will be responsible for driving implementation and ensuring compliance with GE policies and procedures, in particular revenue recognition, and partnering with business leadership, finance and operations teams to provide support on topics including contracts, technical controllership guidance and correct accounting.
The role will be a key intermediary between the EAGM finance and operations team and the HCIT Commercial Controllership CoE.

Serves as direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work. Responsible for translating highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications.
Qualifications
 
-Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
-Project management, systems analysis, programming or other IT related experience
-Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Outstanding problemsolving skills
-Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by nonIT savvy personnel
-Adept at interacting in both business and IT focused discussions
-Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and suppliers
-Proficient at operating within a globally distributed team
-Minimum four years of experience as Project Management or Business Analyst

Qualifications/Requirements: 
 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field in high-technology markets (knowledge of the LCS portfolio and/or segment is desired)
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence, both within GE and with our channel partners
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region
- Excellent oral and written communications skills. Capable and comfortable with telephone and web-ex presenting
- Strong analytical, organization, time management and process skills

- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
- Knowledge of medical device industry, knowledge in min one these specialization areas respiratory care, anesthesia, maternal infant care, cardiology, patient monitoring and/or healthcare
- Experience in a commercial environment. For example; sales, key account management, sales management, marketing, scientific support and/or training.
- Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or global projects.
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Self-motivated, able to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
- Standard computer skills-experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents
