QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in related fields
- Proven track record of mınımum 3 years of managerial success in a fast paced and high volume food and beverage environment
- Strong leadership behaviors coupled with the technical skill set to drive the business toward success.
- Proven track record of making high quality decisions and the ability to make complex decisions.
- Extensive experience managing a large team with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
- Adherence to food safety regulations.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing in English
- No travel restrictions - domestically and internationally,
- No military service obligation for male candidates.

- Inventory Control (Food, and Bar cost)
- Live Music Events
