Technical Customer Service Engineer

• University degree from Chemical Engineering
• New graduate or up to 3 year experience in technical side of structural adhesives and composites
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French is plus
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
• Self confident, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
• Flexible for travelling in Turkey and abroad
• Valid driving license
• Residency in Ankara or İstanbul

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing technical support for the customers in his/her region by his/her technical background
• Focusing on the projects on his/her region, giving technical consultancy to the projects,
• Organizing trainings and trials on site to customers, distributors and sales team
• Make regular customer visits
• Analyzing, solving and reporting the technical issues and questions of the customers
