Biomedical Manager

Acıbadem Healthcare Group, the scope of its growing and developing structure, is a leading healthcare group that carries out pioneering practices in healthcare services within 18 hospitals and 10 medical centres in Turkey and 6 hospitals and 4 medical centres abroad. Within the growing structure of the Group, we are looking for a Biomedical Manager to be evaluated within our hospitals in different provinces within the framework of our Biomedical Services. The candidate for this role is expected to have experience in the design, installation, maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment in hospital facilities. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage the selection, procurement and installation of biomedical equipment to be used in hospital facilities.
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and organise repairs when necessary.
• Research new technologies and assess their applicability.
• Ensure budget management and cost effectiveness.
• Regularly check the calibration of biomedical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and manage audits.

REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical/electrical engineering,
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position,
• Technical knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment,
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills,
• Alternatively Russian language skills,
• Team leadership and project management skills,
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working model,
• No travel and relocation barriers,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
