We are currently looking for Kids Club Team Members for ALI BEY RESORT SORGUN, a property within the Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts group.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: German, English, Russian, Dutch.
• Pedagogical education is a plus (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and a friendly demeanor.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and lively environment.
• Ability to work within a team consisting of individuals from different nationalities.
• Open to personal and professional development.
• Flexibility in adapting to varying work hours.
• Guest-oriented and positive mindset.

Employees who have a language proficiency level of C1 or above on the Common European Framework (CEF) Language Proficiency Scale or can provide equivalent proof of foreign language proficiency will receive a Foreign Language Allowance in addition to their regular salary, as determined by our facility for each foreign language.

Seasonal Bonus (A monthly bonus that can go up to the total monthly salary of employees who successfully complete the season, calculated based on the total working days of the employee during the season.)
