• Minimum of 3 years experience of selling products or services, with a track record of converting business leads into trading agreements.
• Minimum of 2 years experience of training and/ or coaching high performing individuals and teams.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills,
• Excellent communications skills to both small and large groups.
• Able to demonstrate ability to analyse numerical data in a logical and cohesive manner and draw and communicate reasoned conclusions.
• Proven project management experience.
• High  level of English knowledge.
• Residing on the European side of İstanbul

İŞ TANIMI

To be responsible for guiding new project members through the member journey, acting as business advisor and coach, ensuring that each member maximises the revenue from his business.

Key Accountabilities

• Sales Strategy Development
To develop and implement the long term sales strategy; gathering Customer, Competitor and Market data from the field, to generate business insights that inform these strategies and plans.

• Sales Strategy Implementation
Negotiate trading agreements and construct and implement contractual terms and conditions within the project guidelines.

• On-Site Business Mentoring
Induct new members and their teams to ensure understanding and commitment to the project concept. Complete initial and ongoing business audits, assessing business competence against industry norms and develop/ agree a tailored growth plan for each members’ specific business, with clear action plans, roles and responsibilities and timings.
Guide and coach project members and their teams through the agreed growth plan, ensuring that they progress through levels 1-3 of each element. Organise core project team members or Consultant network as appropriate to provide necessary on-site support.

• Brand Custodian
Own the overall implementation of the concept into the project member businesses and be responsible for the standards of concept execution in all member stores.
