 We are looking for new engineers to join our Maintenance, Engineering and Process Teams!

• Operations Engineer is an entry level position at ALPLA Turkey for young professionals.
• Throughout this journey, the engineers will go through a systematic, tailor-made on-site and off-site class training programs aligned with the requirements of the organization in order to prepare them professionally for their future roles. This would provide a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable practical engineering experience in a site-based environment.
• Under the guidance of operations management, Operations Engineers will rotate through different engineering roles (Project/product development, maintenance, quality and production) to perform various tasks by enhancing practical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills through experience.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment,
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/electronics, chemical, mechanical and mechatronics engineering,
• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written Turkish & English,
• Open for relocation for future opportunities,
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (with a willingness to get into detail and understand how it fits into the broader picture),
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, good Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables and use formulas to manage data),
• Good communicator, dynamic, goal-oriented, highly flexible and able to take initiative,
• High learning agility who is good with manufacturing systems and can use existing solutions as well as problem-solving,
• Good planning and time management skills,
• Familiar with packaging would be an asset.
