• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable universities
• MSc in Project or Construction Management is a must,
• 2-3 years of in design management and/or project management of building and/or industrial construction projects,
• Understanding of various contracting methods used locally and internationally,
• Working knowledge of standard computer programs
• Excellent command  of  English, both written and spoken,
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
• Ability to liaise and communicate within integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders
• Effective communication and presentation skills,
• Strong planning and organization skills,
• high standards of accuracy, be proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks delegated by other team members
• No travel restrictions (national & international),
• Have a driver’s licence,
• For mail candidates military service must be completed. 

İŞ TANIMI

• Assist the project management activities including the design management, programme management, project planning, procurements and contract strategy, cost and value management, tender preparation, budgeting and preparation of bills of quantities etc. for all project types, i.e. commercial, retail, leisure, offices, museums, university facilities, residential, multi-purpose buildings and healthcare/highly-serviced buildings, and aviation.
