Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager for one of projects in Çorlu / Tekirdağ.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering,
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience on site,
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial buildings
• Good inter-disciplinary coordination skill (HSE, electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, etc.),
• Experienced in BOQ, progress payments, contract administration, temporary acceptance, test and commissioning, handover, reporting… etc.
• Experienced in site health and safety applications
• Good risk evaluation and analysis skills
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Effective communication skills,
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Able to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Acting as the Leader of Arup team on site, reporting to the Project Director at Arup Head Office
• Administration of construction contracts on behalf of the Client
• Providing the communication and coordination between the Client, design team and site execution teams
• Controlling and tracking the project progress according to the contract and annexes,
• Monitoring work program and tracking budget plans,
• Checking and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly contractor reports
• Ensuring all day-to-day site activities are functioning properly
