QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Innovative Packaging Solutions Ambalaj A.S. is a member of The Bell Group of Companies established in Topkapı Turkey, with the aim of providing co-packing services for the food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmacological industries based on innovative packaging solutions, is now seeking for a “Key Account & New Projects Development Manager

Core Requirements & Qualification:
  • University degree ideally from relevant food related fields
  • Between 3 & 5 years of experience in FMCG companies or food packaging industry
  • Understanding of ingredients & nutrition would be a plus
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Creative & innovative thinking and approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to prioritize, attention to details
  • Cope with demand and achieve deadlines, ability to manage numerous projects
  • IT literate on all Microsoft packages.
  • Passion to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
  • Good customer facing / supplier skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Driving license

 

İŞ TANIMI

Key Account & New Projects Development Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, will participate in cross functional teams to build long term customer relationships.

The main tasks of the position are;
 
  • Responsibility for sales budget achievement.
  • Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities.
  • Works with GM to establish a design, technology, product development, and sales strategy.
  • Determines customers' needs and desires by obtaining market information.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
  • Appraises new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
  • Suggests product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; costing special and customized orders.
  • Responsibility for development process for specified customer accounts.
  • Follows up on work results.
