Supply Chain Specialist

Our Company is a 100% German investment which operates in Automotive sector.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with the qualifications below;         
 

• University degree in related fields (preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience (preferably in Automotive sector),
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Experienced in IATF 16949 process management,
• SAP knowledge and/or experience is considered as an asset,
• Knowledge of customs clearance import/export,
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to handle the pressure,
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·Ensure faultless MRP (Material Requirement Plan) and correct mistakes for work in process parts,

·Supporting the process in system change and development,

·Manage supplier orders according to customer requirement,

·Manage produced parts (quantity and packaging)

·Involve in the process which includes the planning of procurement, production, inventory control, provision of defective materials, logistics and distribution,

·Make suggestions to reduce working capital (work in process material),

·Coordinate subcontracting processes, conduct inventory spot checks,

·Make additional future plans to optimize inventory and production time,

·Calculation of headcount for supply chain and production side according to overall equipment effectiveness,

·Leading shifts by making business plan and directions,

·Manage necessary Supply Chain system applications,

·Ensure traceability of goods and FIFO principles are applied,

·Conduct SAP reports to track material/produced parts and inventory cross checks,

·Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, providers and team mates,

·Responsible to work align with IATF 16949 system/instructions and to support improvement activities of the processes.
