Shift Administrative Services Clerk

We are looking for a “Shift Administrative Services Clerk” to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you are expected to:

• Planning and tracking the local and up state transfers of company employees.
• Controlling the stock of consumables and ensuring their supply. Completing the purchasing and accounting process.
• Taking and tracking the services received from subcontractor companies such as personnel transportation and cafeteria. 
• To ensure the order, cleanliness and continuity of the areas (dining hall, rest areas, offices, landscaping, etc.)
• Filing and archiving important company documents.
• Providing shipping and cargo tracking.

Before You Come on Board…

We believe you will fit well if you have:

• Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong coordination ability and communication skills. 
• Managing all relevant processes. 
•  Planning and organizational skills. Ability in analytical thinking, decision making and business analysis. 
• No travel restrictions 
• Able to work in shifts 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
