Your Profile
/ Undergraduate 3rd grade students on statistics, engineering, data mining, analytics departmants or master students at first year
/ Available to work at least 3 days in a week and full-time in summer
/ Fluent in English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/ Good IT competencies, strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
/ Inclined to team work, good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills

/ Supporting for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
/ Supporting for adressing and resolving basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources
/ Supportting for using the appropriate categories for logging incidents and requests
/ Supporting for monitoring the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
/ Supporitng for developing, coordinating and promoting incident management activities across the company
