General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field,
• At least 5 years of experience and expertise in export and regional sales management,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• No travel restrictions abroad,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• Analytical thinking and customer-oriented approach,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Completed military service (preferably for male candidates),
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Job Description: 

• Setting export sales targets for the designated region and developing strategies to achieve them,
• Conducting market research to identify potential customers and business partners,
• Managing the existing customer portfolio and conducting activities to improve customer satisfaction,
• Organizing overseas trips for customer visits and participation in fairs/conferences,
• Regularly preparing sales reports and presenting them to managers,
• Interested candidates are expected to apply according to the specified qualifications.
