We are looking for a passionate Strategy and Process Development Specialist to join our Strategy and Process Development Team.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• If you are a graduate of a university's undergraduate program,

• If you have at least 3 years of experience in the field

• If you are good at English communication,

• If you are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office programs,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Measure process maturity levels and work on priority process improvement/development areas according to company strategies and process maturity levels,

• To follow the performance indicators created in accordance with the company strategies,

• Following SAP projects, current process analyzes and company strategic project processes,

• To follow project plans,

• Providing support in carrying out sector and department analyses,

• Reporting company and department reports and business intelligence processes,

• Supporting the preparation of annual activity reports,

• Market research, creating auto market market entry strategies, maturing and monitoring company strategies,

• We expect you to support the development of the company and develop the information system infrastructure for process workflows.
