Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our marketing team to enhance our market presence and contribute to the growth of our shiprepair business. Your role will involve support functions and comprehensive reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. If you have a background in Naval Architecture Engineering, Ship Machinery Management Engineering, or Maritime Transportation Management Engineering, and possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the shiprepair industry.
• Provide support in the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
• Generate comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and practical solutions to marketing challenges.
• Actively use office programs for efficient documentation and communication.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Naval Architecture Engineering, Ship Machinery Management Engineering, or Maritime Transportation Management Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Russian; proficiency in both languages is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to provide practical solutions to problems.
• Presentable, active, and possesses effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Proficient in using office programs for market analysis and reporting.
