- Graduates of Business Administration or Economics.
- Total of 5-7 years experience at one of the well-known audit companies plus multinational companies.
- Good knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.All the written and oral communication with the clients will be in English.

We are looking for "Reporting & Advisory Managers”, with the below qualifications, to be employed at the "Accounting Compliance and Reporting - Outsourcing" division of our Company.
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Management of a team comprising seniors and assistants.
- Monthly control of the trial balances of the companies, operating in different sectors, prepared by the certified public accountants.
- Preparation/Review of the monthly financial statements / management reports in accordance with Turkish GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP or management’s accounting standards.
- Verbal and written communication with the foreign and local clients during the month and obtain and understand the necessary information and documents needed to perform the proper accounting.
- Preparation of the information and documents required by the foreign and international clients during the month. This includes consultancy for employee benefit applications, tax rules and applications.
- Preparation/Review of the clients’ financial statements in accordance with IFRS to be audited by the auditors at the year-ends.
- Review of the payment lists prepared by the junior staff.
- Controlling, communication and follow-up of the sales invoices issued by the certified public accountants.
- Management of all the comunications and mailings with foreign clients.
- Supervision and training of the junior staff
- Follow-up of the work delegated to the junior staff
- Attending meetings with the potential foreign clients
