QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Purpose


. The purpose of this role is to support the Turkiye pallet business by:

. Controlling and execute the audit process with local audit FSEs

. Reporting and analysing the distributor stock flows

. Ensure SAP and Salesforce master data is accurately updated.


Major Accountabilities:


1. Audit

· Execute audit process with local audit FSEs for pallet business

· Accurately updating daily audit counts on Salesforce & SAP Fiori and sharing results with FSEs

· Share key findings and actions for improvement of results with teams

· Share audit count results with FSEs

· Tracking of audit completions and following up on audits not completed with FSEs


2. ARAP Completion:

· Accurately updating the Loss/Surplus on SAP Fiori

· Check correct approval received

· Comparison of Salesforce results to SAP to identify any discrepancy

· Weekly updating of the FY23 Audit Plan and sharing with the Asset Control team

· Tracking of ARAP not completed

3. Declaration Management:

· Review stock flow reports for pallet distributor declaration regularly

· Identify and report incorrect declarations to the commercial team

· Assist commercial teams by raising Salesforce cases to correct the incorrect declarations

4. Master Data Management:

· Reviewing master data regularly to identify any incorrect information

· Work closely with the responsible teams to update the systems


5. Other responsibilities

· Participate in process improvement projects

· Assisting the Asset control department and management with adhoc reques




Qualifications :


· A degree in Finance, Business Studies, Engineering or relevant studies


Experience :


· Knowledge of FMCG, Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chain dynamics

· Customer facing experience

· Experience in an environment with urgent requests and comfortable to manage those urgencies


Skills and Knowledge :


· PC Literate and high-level key board skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Works well under pressure.

· Proactive.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Intermediate-Advanced)

· SAP knowledge
