Automation Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Control Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Strong experiences on PLC control systems (Siemens PLC S7-300/400, Simatic WinCCFlexible, Siemens S7-1500 TIA Portal, Simatic S7 Industrial Communication (ProfiBus, ProfiNet), E-plan.
• 3+ years of experiences in industrial automation applications on software development and commissioning stages.
• Experiences on Problem Solving Techniques
• Preferred knowledge of programming  (C,C++, Phyton) and MES
• Leading and teamworking skills for improving productivity and automation level.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all automation and PLC activates/project in the plant.
• Planning, drafting, programming and calculating the control software for manufacturing systems and machines as well as their components with the focus on automation technology;
• Optimizing and adapting the control technology of machines and systems to best meet production requirements;
• Following Industry 4.0 applications and support ME, Smartfactory projects in location
• Start-up of machines and manufacturing systems: check of the software, machine functions and perform commissioning.
• Assessment of qualification of machine and part suppliers
• Communicating with Central Technical Department about projects, documentation and breakdowns
