QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in industry, mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, computer engineering and/or related field ,
- Experienced in sales and operation for project-base products,
- Minimum 5 years experience in international restructuring, market research, marketing, sales and related areas,
- Should have success stories with Sales, Marketing, Re organization in North America and / or European countries and working experience in North America and / or European countries,
- Can be easily adapted to development of R & D operations espacially in software and hardware ,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Result oriented,
- Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,
- High level of negotiation and communication skills,
- Advanced knowledge of presentation and sales techniques,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing, entrepreneurship,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Able to manage Social Media accounts,
- B class driving license,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
İŞ TANIMI
Doruk Automation is, “ProMANAGE Production Management System”’s developer which is being used by Turkey's leading industrial organizations.
Our Solutions are automatic business data collection from production line, online tracking, real-time scheduling, OEE and TEEP reporting for TPM activities, covering production reporting and other advanced IT applications issues in the industry, solutions type called MES / MOM internationally.
TUBITAK-supported R & D projects, carried out in our R & D offices in Technopark in Antalya and Istanbul.
- Generate and develop overseas operational and staffing requirements for the country Office.
- Establish and maintain sales and marketing operations through overseas and local markets
- Identify and develop business opportunities and potential new customers to understand the customer's business situation, business needs
- Visit potential customer regularly to understand their needs and objectives
- Present and explain our solutions to solve customer needs and objectives
- Analyzes and exploits market opportunities and develops sales strategies to realize sales targets in accordance to the company strategy
- Create project documentation related for sales operations
- Identify and prepare sales budget and targets in accordance to the company strategy
- Report all sales operations to head quarter regularly
