• Graduated from departments such as Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems
 • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
 • Experience in knowledge-based systems, Basic scripting, programming, and coding, Java (entry-level), SQL, Remote Software, Networking (WAN, LAN, VPN)
 • Analytical thinking; able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced setting, willing to take on new projects, and be flexible
 • The candidate should be able to perform analysis, finalize issues.
 • Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations
 • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; demonstrated collaborative skills.
 • Creative and with strong attention to detail

• Possess the skill to solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction creatively

 • Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
 • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Voice, or similar technologies is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 • Managing projects
 • Creating design modals and project documents
 • Creating IVR design documents, checking IVR external resources (APIs, Webservices, etc.)
 • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers)
 • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
 • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
 • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
 • Ensure the technical win during the sales cycle. 
 • Proactively supports pipeline generation by developing technical relationship with potential customers and market segments
 • Articulates the company vision and strategy and relates it to the offerings technical features
 • Help the customer to understand the product features and differences to our competitors
 • Actively drives and manages the technical evaluation stage of the sales process, until complete customer satisfaction
 • Designs an optimal solution for the customer and drives it to POC where appropriate
 • Responds to functional/technical requirements of RFIs/RFPs
 • Teams with the sales team as technical advisor when needed
 • Provides active feedback on technical trends, product design and features to improve the product.
