QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under four brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, Flora and Inoutic. The facility in İzmir, with its indoor area of 36000 sqm and a machinery park of a capacity of 50,000 tons, the Kocaeli (İzmit) plant is dedicated to the Winsa products with an indoor area of 27,000 sqm and a machinery park with a capacity of 20,000 tons. Moreover, both brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.
We are looking for a Production Engineer for our Kocaeli Plant who fullfills the following requirements ;
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering,
Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Male candidates must have completed their military obligation,
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and keep the team engaged,
Excellent communication, decision making abilities and problem solving abilities,
İŞ TANIMI
Investigate and develop innovations in manufacturing technology field,Improve the production process for new projects,
Coordinating of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects for continuous improvement,
Making suitable work for new raw materials, resources etc. tests,
Ensuring the production flow and the relevant personnel management and administration,
Analyzing of process related problems in detail and planning the most effective actions.
