QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope:

The Asst. Manager, Property Management (Residences) is responsible for the management of residential units of Emaar Square Project via;

  • Interfacing with residents on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
  • Controlling all services provided in common areas, monitoring and managing the daily operation of common areas, social facilities and infrastructure and working to improve the quality of services.
  • Fostering employee commitment to providing excellent service, participating in meetings and models desired service behaviors in all interactions with residents and employees.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Plans, organises, implements and controls work procedures, schedules and maintenance programs to be followed by department supervisors / personnel to ensure each plan is delivered as targeted & established standards are met.
  • Provides technical guidance and assistance to the various facility maintenance supervisors and personnel under their control.
  • Prepares plan for purchase of facilities maintenance vehicles, equipment & spare parts for referral to supervisor & purchasing department.
  • Prepares facility management department’s annual operating & capital budgets and ensures that it is being adhered to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Prepares necessary Tender documents for the various services that the company wishes to outsource, liases with Purchasing Department in evaluating tender bids received and recommending award.
  • Supports development of the Facilities Management Department within the approved budgetary guidelines by identifying & prioritising the needs for manpower and equipment for allocated properties.
  • Supports in implementing the company's property management plan and strategy successfully and optimise costs to ensure adherence to plans.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Tourism or Hotel Management is preferred)
  • Good communication skills & Proficiency in Turkish and English.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Property Management or hotels in similar jobs.
  • Residence projects experience is preferred.
