To support our team in  Izmir, we are looking to recruit a Travel Coordinator with 1 year contract.

Job Description:

• Booking of travel arrangement
• Reviewing of invoices
• Supporting Regional Manager with local information
• Being the first level support for the online booking tool 
• Development of local policies and guidelines in colsultation with Regional Manager/Head Quarter
• Taking on strategic decisions to improve Travel Management performance
• Negotiation of local contracts in consultation with the headquarter team and/or Global Procurement

Skills:

• Min 5 years of work experience
• Fluent in English
• Good organizational skills
• Advanced cominication skils
• Profiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
