What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications

Graduated from Engineering Faculties of Universities or Mechanical Drawing and Construction Departments of Vocational Schools

At least 3 years of experience in metal processing, flame cutting, machining and chipless cutting work preparation

High ability to read and understand technical drawings,

Able to use AUTOCAD

Experienced in ERP and Nesting programs

Able to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs effectively

Available for team work,  with high communication and persuasive skills

Completed military service (for male candidates)

Knowledge of applying Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques

Capable of process improvement and problem solving

High communication skills, developed analytical thinking ability

Fluent in English (preferably French)

 Definition

Creating optimum cutting plans for the plasma machine according to order-based technical drawings

To monitor the execution of the cuts within the planned time and without any errors.

Performing daily stock tracking via ERP

Collect and save daily time information, plasma/saw/guillotine/cylinder Nesting time/amount information, twisting, hole time/amount information

Monitoring the pre-production planning on a daily basis and assigning daily targets to each operator.

Informing the finished works to the production units with daily reporting

Notifying and tracking machine malfunctions

Identifying improvement opportunities by analyzing production processes.

Applying Lean Manufacturing principles and encouraging continuous improvement.

Making improvements in processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Monitoring production line work and making adjustments when necessary
