QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University graduate in marketing, management or economy
- Min. 3 years’ experience in the marketing, category management preferably in cosmetics
- Project leading skills
- Fluent English – writing and speaking
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs
- Team player, ability to coordinate with many different people
- Multi task oriented personality
- Constantly seeking for new creative ways
- Organized and structured, strong focus on deadlines
- Detailed thinker

İŞ TANIMI
The role of the Campaign Planner is to plan and manage all aspects of sales and promotion. This involves creative thinking and idea initiation, understanding consumer and consultant purchasing habits, merchandising and offer creation, financial planning and evaluation, briefing and working closely with the creative teams, analyzing and understanding results and key success factors and applying learning to future plans.- Create campaign period theme and section stories to maximize seasonality and build attractiveness among clients.
- Work together with category specialists to ensure correct products are chosen for key elements; adhere to the pre-agreed merchandising strategy (depth of discount, frequency of discount)
- Work together with the forecasters on optimizing disco plans/pricing without cannibalizing core products
- Work together with the forecasters to maximize offers/ensure optimum merchandising pricing
- Stick to the retail planning process in terms of stages and deadlines
- Prepare high quality creative brief for individual campaign period and ensure understanding in the creative team.
- Make decisions based on facts
- Actively participate in annual/quarterly brainstorming sessions
- Come out with out of the box ideas for: merchandising, sections stories, pricing, customer & consultant support
- Contribute during Post Campaign Evaluation Meeting – prepare proper presentation to analyze results and learn from past performance. Take consultant/director feedback when needed.
- Monitor competitors’ activities for merchandising, average order building, consumer loyalty, new executions etc.
- Work with the pricing analyst on competitor prices, to see and evaluate any need for price adjustment, together with the competitor pricing, as well as category/brand performance
