ACTUARIAL SPECIALIST

• B.A. or B.Sc. degree from a reputable university in mathematics and statistics or similar background requiring modeling, programming, or quantitative analysis,
• Minimum 1 year experience in actuarial department,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Good command of communication skills,
• Proven ability to work in a team-environment and service internal clients, set up projects proactively,
• Result oriented,
• Very good command of both written and spoken English,
• SQL and GLM  is an asset
• Very good command of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates (or minimum 2 years postponed).

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzes available data to determine relationships, trends, and issues. Provides consultation and clarification on actuarial models and risk issues,
• Participates in the development of business recommendations and analysis of strategies,
• Analyzes data for the development of rates, rating plans, pricing strategies, financial forecasts  and responses to insurance regulators,
• Coordinates, prepares and performs actuarial analyses to assist in the development of complex actuarial formulations leading to the recommendation of pricing strategies
• Works with the department to prepare the actuarial response and communication for results of actuarial research to Business Unit product management areas.
