We are currently looking for V36X New Model Programs & Launch Engineer to join ourTotal Quality team. The position will be located in Gölcük/Kocaeli. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

·         B.Sc Degree in engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or similar

·         Experienced or interested in Project Management,

·         Advanced level English,

·         Advanced level in MS Office programs,

·         Good on team work and optimistic,

·         Advanced level of planning and organization skills,

·         Communication skills,

·         Innovative, dynamic and energetic,

·         Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude,

·         Able to find and implement alternative solutions,

·         No restriction to travel,

·         Preferably completed military obligations (for male candidates),

·         Locating in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli,

·         Driving licence (B).

İŞ TANIMI

·         Deliver the launch of the high scaled and also lower but critical to business new programs of Ford Otosan A.S. on time with program target quality & cost in accordance with LQOS (Launch Quality Operating System) and GPDS (Global Product Development System) guidelines.

·         Develop and maintain launch budgets, issue status report to management ensuring the actual expenses are to program target.

·         Efficient coordination of OTG, AIMS processes during launch phase to ensure the program delivery on time.

·         Develop and maintain overall program launch timing & changeover plans in concurrence with all relevant departments in Ford Motor Company.

·         Develop launch pre-production phase build plans, ramp-up plans & coordinate the builds in-line with launch timings.

·         Coordinate vehicle program teams on cross-functional issues.
