JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Understanding our customers’ needs & expectations and translate these into high quality products & services
•        Recommending alternative solutions where needed to meet customers’ needs
•        Coordinating the entire end-to-end order process flow and specification management
•        Being the single point of contact between Sales Office, Planning, Production, R&D, Quality and Logistics departments
•        Managing all inquiries and info requests from the Planning, Production and QA departments on time
•        Responding to inquiries, sample and order requests of our customers in a professional and timely manner
•        Pro-actively communicating any issues with Sales Offices and help in finding satisfying solutions
•        Providing technical & product optimization support for Sales Offices
