LISI AEROSPACE is one of the world's leading manufacturer of high tech fasteners in the aerospace industry. Having the vision of positioning itself among the leading manufacturers of the world, FTB Fastener Technology BESTAŞ as subsidiary of LISI AEROSPACE plans to carry out an extension process in the future.
In the scope of this process, we are planning to hire dynamic, innovative and success oriented Production Engineer who will be working in our İzmir factory.
The qualifications we are looking for are as follows:
 

• Graduated from either Mechanical Enginnering or Material and Metallurgy Enginnering
• At least  one year of experience in the same or similar position,
• Good knowledge of heat treatment process and material structure,
• Good command of production and improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, 8D, 5S,KAIZEN and TPM,
• No obstacles for traveling abroad,
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must,
• Problem solving, analyzing and planning skills,
• Good command of MS Office Applications, 

İŞ TANIMI

• To implement and maintain the heat treatment of aerospace alloys, including steel, titanium alloys to meet customer requirements.
• To work with military and /or aerospace industry standards such as MIL specs, AMS standards, ASTM standards, etc.
• To provide procedures (instructions), as required, to support quality department objectives and manage personal trainings.
• To  monitor  audit  responsibilities  defined  in  responsibility  matrix.  (AS9100 Certified Internal Auditor)

• To  manage NADCAP audits and all customer audits.

• To set up Eurotherm, Honeywell, Zenon software programmes.
• To implement and maintain the chemical cleaning processes, mechanical tests and calibration applications (TUS, SAT, equipment calibration management)
