Legal Intern (Long-term)

• Undergraduate students or master students of law
• Available to work at least 3 days a week
• Fluent in English
• Dedicated to learn and support
• Energetic, result- and detail-oriented
• Able to work on multiple priorities at any given moment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem solving
• Require proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both oral and written with strong follow-up.

İŞ TANIMI

• Assist Legal & Compliance Manager in preparing various regulatory filings
• Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts and agreements
• Compile, organize, and review agendas and materials for Board of Trustees meetings
• Develop, organize and maintain Legal & Compliance files and records system
• Perform legal research using the internet and other resources
• Will also work on additional projects/duties as assigned.
