Who we are?

Ethanol of agricultural origin is a valuable and essential ingredient in the manufacturing of many consumer goods and essential daily life products. Beverage production (Liquor), cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemicals manufacturing are just some of key industry sectors in which ethanol plays a key role as raw material and feedstock for the production of a wide variety of products.

This has resulted in an increasingly growing demand for ethanol in recent years. In light of that, we established Green Energy Chemicals in February 2021 to enter ethanol markets. Our plant is located in Adana/Kozan, Turkiye.

We aim at manufacturing different grades of high-quality ethanol from agricultural origin to supply our customers with superior quality raw materials for their production and processing purposes. We propose to increase the availability of ethanol both regionally and internationally by means of innovation, cost efficiency and fast delivery.

To accomplish the above-mentioned, we have implied the best and the latest available ethanol production technologies. We have also gathered a group of well-versed and experienced individuals to run and supervise our state of the art manufacturing plant. We are committed to ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of our production process by employing advanced technologies and the latest knowledge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely, to resolve hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to ensure minimal downtime.

Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades as necessary.

Software Management: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems. Ensure that all software is licensed and up to date. Troubleshoot software-related issues.

Network Management: Set up and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Monitor network performance and security, and address connectivity issues.

Security: Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewall settings, antivirus software, and data encryption. Stay updated on security threats and take measures to protect the organization's data and systems.

Data Backup and Recovery: Regularly back up critical data and develop disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures or disasters.

User Training: Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on IT best practices, security protocols, and software usage.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations for reference and troubleshooting.

Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors and suppliers for procurement of hardware and software, and manage service contracts.

Project Participation: Collaborate on IT projects, such as system upgrades, network expansions, or the implementation of new technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (sometimes an associate's degree or relevant certifications may be sufficient).
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and hardware components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn continuously in a rapidly evolving field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
