• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, mathematics engineering or any other related discipline,
• At Least 4 years’ experience in industrial ERP area (for example Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance and Controlling),
• Knowledge of Network systems, programming skills appreciated,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Good teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate,
• Able to research on process requirements and support of the implementation,
• Willingness to learn, resilience and communication skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Paper Mill in Corlu, we are looking for a ‘’Senior IT Specialist’’. This role will be responsible for;

• Contact person of the central IT Team for issues regarding central enterprise applications (SAP, INFOR, AS2K/BDE, BATSCH, QVIEW etc.) of Holding and Division,
• Support local users for ticket creation, support the application owner in the formulation of change, requests/developments, and support training activities,
• Administrator for local standard application (BOYS, QDMS, Camera Systems), contact person for the provider,
• Operate and manage for self-developed applications (e-invoice/e-delivery note application). Participation in the development of this application and/or contact person for external developer, provide training,
• Manage licenses, especially for local applications,
• Manage Network Infrastructure, data storage and backup. Contact person for local Shared Service Center, Global IT Team and external Provider (T-Systems etc.) for such activities,
• Maintain/Support a secure system environment, implement protection measures,
• Devise Management: Laptops, Tablet, PCs, Server, Printer, Scanner, Mobile Phones & GSM, etc. (Network devices, personal devices),
• 1st level support for users and/or forward the requests to the next instances, (Group IT Team, eternal customer support service etc.),
• Support user authorization issues.
