·       University degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics,
·       Minimum 4 years of experience in cost controlling,
·       Audit and technology experience is an asset,
·       Good command of English in both speaking and writing,
·       SAP knowledge is a plus,
·       Excellent command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications,
·       Advanced reporting and analysing skills, knowledgable in accounting records, fast learning all operational work flows, ability to analyse and manage cost efficiency, experienced in budget monitoring. Analytical skills is also required,
·       Ability to establishing and developping controlling systems; Self-starter, project and team management skills,
·       High communications skills, both with management teams (C levels) and junior staff,
·       Proactive, take decisions in strategic steps, hard worker, enjoy details, problem solver,
·       For male candidates military service should be completed.

İŞ TANIMI

As the Company is growing, we are heavly investing in technology, marketing and to our operations center. Daily monitoring and controlling of each spending is crutial and we need a highly qualified team member, with strong communication skills & willing to deal with details, to ensure that the spendings remains in the limits of annual budget. We need a clear and ad-hoc visibility of our spendings to be able to control our EBITDA targets.

 The details of the position is as follow:
 
·       Daily follow-up of all operational and capital expenditures (co-working with management teams of technology and reporting to his/her manager)
·       Monitoring of opex and capex budget,
·       Performing cost saving analysis, deep dive in opex/capex projects to further analyse cost efficiency points.
·       Ensure that the purchase orders are timely and accurately opened. Becoming a bridge between the technology teams and the accounting teams.
