HYUNDAI GLOVİS 's KD Business collects automotive parts and modules from producing partners and efficiently distributes them to oversea production plants. We  are looking for a  ''Order Tracking Staff'' to assign at our Bursa / Turkey  office with below  mentioned qualifications.

• Graduate  from university
• New graduated person or max 1-2 years experience in preferably in automotive industry,
• Have good  reporting ,verbal & written English communication skills
• Good knowledge about  Excel and MS Office  programs ,
• Strong  communication, dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills for customer , supplier and internal organization,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Oversea Customer order management
• Register the supplier buying and customer selling  invoices on system ,record the documents.
• Organize the container ,air cargo stuffing with  logistic section
• Issue the  export  e - waybills, e - invoice  and container  invoices
• Follow up the  supplier  order  status and part  receipt   status  daily.
• Register the incoming  parts on system 
• Control the parts  receipts 
• Monthly and weekly base stuffing plan manage 
• Support the KDQR reports , C / M reports , replacement  part process
• Give support for monthly relevant reports.
