We are looking for a colleague in the position of Commercial Affairs Specialist to work in the Commercial Affairs Management Department of our company! Our expectations from candidates who will work in this position are:

• Holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in either shopping center management, retailing or rental company,
• Has the portfolio to develop new projects,
• Successful in customer relationship management,
• High commercial awareness,
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken - Position requires active English skills)
• Good command on MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint command is a must)
• Eagerness to learn and inclined to teamwork.
• Competent in analysing complex quantitative and qualitative information.
• Deadline, delivery and performance oriented.
• High level of communication skills, dedication and responsibility

JOB DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the purposes and principles determined by the Commercial Affairs Directorate; 

• Monitoring the commercial areas in the terminal, 
• Following the wishes and complaints of the commercial customers and taking necessary actions, 
• To carry out activities related to reporting the rented or to be leased areas, 
• Reporting the revenue sharing of the commercial areas with income sharing, 
• Following the contract process, 
• Following the legal regulations/laws and notifying the relevant legal changes to the commercial customers.
