Strategic Insights Associate

Position purpose:

You will be supporting to monitor and to report the key market dynamics, consumer & trade insights, JTI and competitor's brand performances. 

The position will be based in Istanbul and will be supporting Strategic Insights function of Marketing Department.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Being a strategic partner of the team by supporting to generate valuable insights to shape brand strategies
• Supporting brand health tracking & household and retail panel processes to understand consumer behaviours and attitudes
• Actively conduct comprehensive performance analyses and provide strategic recommendations in coordination with SI manager & respective teams (marketing and sales)
• Following up the defined KPIs and measuring achievement of objectives through market research, analysis, field visits etc.
• Supporting SI budget management and all related processes together with agencies/vendors
• Supporting other ad-hoc SI & other marketing projects & reporting processes

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• University Graduate
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience
• Effective communicator, fluency in both verbal and written English
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge, MS Excel in specific
• Familiar with new data tools (e.g Power BI)
• Strong analytical thinking skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
• Good project management skills
