Customer Order & Supply Management Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
• Minimum 2 years experience in ordering management processes,
• Proficient in using MS Office applications and SAP,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Team-oriented ability to work with cross-functional teams,
• Good communication skills, ownership and eager to learn and discover new processes,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bridging Customers, Commercial Team, Supply Team and Logistics Team, delivering the best service and value for all parties involved from order to cash flow,
• Responsible from order management process of domestic market (Order to Cash) to maintain targeted service levels (OTIF, Order Fulfillment) with predefined order rules, order flow with the best optimized inventory levels and order life cycle,
• Proactive and timely communication with customer and sales team during order and shipment process,
• Efficiently answer to the commercial team & clients' requirements (deadlines, shortages, information) in accordance with the sales, planning and category teams, and the physical distribution,
• Have a key role to clarify the root cause, develop corrective actions and ensure the continuity & improvement of service,
• Lead the development of value-added solutions for customers from forecast planning to order execution,
• Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order to receiving of shipment,
• Maintain continous improvement approach, provide feedbacks to management, offer solutions on order management issues,
• Taking part in new projects in accordance with Supply Chain service level improvement objectives.
