• Being a University Graduate,
• Having good command of English, French or German is asset,
• Having minimum 5-years experience in overseas sales in similar position, retail is preferable,
• No obstacle for traveling to abroad frequently,   
• Being able to think analytically,
• Being Customer-Focused with strong Communication Skills,
• Having a high level of Computer Literacy, and a good command of software and Excel,
• Having experience in Personnel Management and Product Management
• Being able to make good market observations,
• Being open to innovations. 

İŞ TANIMI

   We are looking for a International Key Account Supervisor who will work in Multi Brand Management - Sales Development Directorship located at KOTON Ayazağa HQ. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the sales target 
• Develop strategies for relationship management, in order to gain and develop new accounts
• Expand the current customer base
• Consistently visit key account to not only develop relationship, but to develop convincing solutions through product offerings
• Introduce all products to the dealers during the seasonal sales meetings and take orders in line with the given targets
• Develop pricing strategies through market analysis of competition, market trends and value added solution selling tactics
• Establish budgets for clients and the division, ensure forecasting accuracy, manage budget controls
• Follow the customer’s payments and credit risks 
• Work closely with finance and legal departments to ensure compliance and consistency with contractual agreements
• Create new ideas for different projects with other teams
