Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering department
·        Fluency in written and spoken English
·        2-5 years of relevant experience in business development area, i.e. market intelligence, business operations and CRM
·        Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
·        Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management
·        Effective communication skills and a good team player
·        Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
·        Long-term target of future career opportunities in business development department

İŞ TANIMI

·        Provide active support to Business Development and Marketing Manager in the following projects:

• Preparation of management reports and presentations (analyse and report weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM pipeline, projects and account management/ opportunity management data of the relevant business unit)
• Project planning and status follow up with partners for new services
• Business planning and quarterly business review presentations
• Go-to-market strategy and implementation (preparation of target lists, CST meetings, action follow up and reporting)
• Preparation and management of weekly/biweekly internal BD meetings
• Preparation and management of weekly/biweekly internal service line specific BD meetings
• Management of contract renewal period for recurring clients
• Other specific BD and marketing projects of the business unit

·        Provide active support to professional client teams in preparation and access to client materials (proposals and client presentations, corporate presentations)
·        Team up well with other members of BD team and provide active support to BD projects of company 
·        Take ownership of data and project reporting systems, analyse and report data and share with relevant stakeholders
·        Answer the ad-hoc requests related to BD and sales processes (research, presentation and proposal support)
