QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
With customized designs for our clients, we generate the most congruous solutions within the context of Assessment and Development Center practices. In line with the requirements of our clients, KRM provides a wide range of services such as Search and Selection and Implementation of Assessment and Development Centers.
WE ARE CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR AN 'ASSESSOR' WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN OUR ASSESSMENT TEAM IN ASSESSMENT CENTER PROJECTS (FREELANCE OR PERMANENT).
- University degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Assessment Projects
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Willingness to work on a freelance basis is preferable
- Good knowledge of MSOffice Applications
- Self motivated , result oriented and analytical mindset
- No travel restriction within Turkey
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment and having the ability to work under time pressure
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
The Assessor will be responsible for Assessment and Development projects in different sectors. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing structured interviews and assessment centers in accordance with the company protocols,
- Assisting the proposal preparation process,
- Preparing a variety of documents and detailed reports,
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships,
- Working in an accurate and effective manner and maintaining a strong customer focus.
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
