Customer Service Specialist

• University degree,
• Min 1 years experience in accounting and customer services,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiar with ERP softwares  (SAP experience is an asset)
• Understanding the needs of the business and of the customer
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
• Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Establishing strong relationships with customers and sales team to anticipate customer needs, and drive Customer Service processes accordingly 
• Monitoring customer orders to ensure that they are received and processed in sufficient time and in line with the approved commercial policy
• Processing sales orders in SAP
• Following up sales of distributors,
• Following up delivery notes from all warehouses,
• Supporting accounting requirements (printing out invoices, archiving, typing delivery note numbers on the invoices etc)
• Supporting customer communication; informing on deliveries, orders etc.
