QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree,
- Min 1 years experience in accounting and customer services,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Familiar with ERP softwares (SAP experience is an asset)
- Understanding the needs of the business and of the customer
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables
- Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
İŞ TANIMI
- Establishing strong relationships with customers and sales team to anticipate customer needs, and drive Customer Service processes accordingly
- Monitoring customer orders to ensure that they are received and processed in sufficient time and in line with the approved commercial policy
- Processing sales orders in SAP
- Following up sales of distributors,
- Following up delivery notes from all warehouses,
- Supporting accounting requirements (printing out invoices, archiving, typing delivery note numbers on the invoices etc)
- Supporting customer communication; informing on deliveries, orders etc.
