We are currently seeking Sr. Analyst(s)/Consultant(s)/Senior Consultant(s)for our Financial Risk Solutions Domain.

As required by the role,

You will:

Assist our team and participate in the global/local pre-sales (presentations, demos, POCs) and delivery activities regarding projects based on the software implementation and consultancy for Asset Liability Management, Market Risk and related Quantitative Financial Modelling,

Be assigned to numerous tasks in different physical client locations (domestic and abroad) involving coding, testing, implementation, integration, model development and validation, mostly based on huge datasets with quantitative and qualitative properties,

Provide necessary documentations/presentations related to on-going/completed projects or R&D activities,

Act as a liaison between business and IT teams / external vendors for software implementations & support,

Work closely with project management, product management, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality implementation of the defined solutions,

Define and monitor project progress, resolve issues, and take corrective actions,

Lead and mentor junior team members during different stages of projects.

You have:

At least a Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS or other quantitative fields,

Significant experience in the risk management sector, bringing at least 2-10 years of experience in bank departments such as Market Risk, ALM or Treasury Risk and /or similar experience as a consultant in a reputable financial software company with end-to-end knowledge of software implementation projects,

Sound understanding of regulatory policies such as IRRBB, LCR, NSFR, FRTB with respect to bank products and strategies and excellent decision making based on quantitative and qualitative analysis with ability to assess risk trends both internally and externally,

In depth knowledge of risk management process and practices and broad understanding of financial mathematics and internal risk models, such as Liquidity/IR/Duration Gap Analysis, VaR/ES, EaR, Risk-Return Optimization, Derivative Valuations and Greeks,

Adequate understanding of software programming and hands-on prior experience on database concepts (SQL),

Preferably coding experience using SAS and SAS Enterprise Guide,

A proven track record of passion to learn new technologies and methodologies,

Advanced level use of MS Office applications, which is a must,

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with multiple projects by guiding and supporting team(s) as a leader for executing all necessary tasks to comply with delivery quality and tight deadlines,

Proactive personality focusing on continuous improvement and strong Leadership skills to drive business forward in a constantly changing risk environment,

Preferably, prior experience in leading, managing and coaching team of jr. and sr. individuals,

Excellent communicator (oral and written) especially of technical/complex issues to non-specialists,

Advanced level in spoken and written English.
