QUALIFICATIONS
·         University degree
·         Minimum 3 years of work experience in import/export activities and transportation
·         Experience with customs documentation, procedures and calculations is preferred
·         Knowledge of international trade terms and requirements, cost calculations and import                    planning
·         Strong MS Office skills
·         Ability to self-manage and to take responsibility
·         Fluency in English, written and spoken
·         Candidates from Istanbul are preferred to be resident in Anatolian side

İŞ TANIMI

JOB DESCRIPTION
·         Contacting suppliers and giving orders
·         Arranging the shipments
·         Preparing all import documents for customs and other authorities
·         Clearing the goods from customs
·         Planning organize and succesfully complete import operations
·         Making all banking procedures including preparation of the necessary import documents
·         Follow up the actual regulations / rules for Customs and Imports
·         Managing the annual insurance process of imports
·         Monthly and yearly reporting the imports , making related statisticals
·         Analyzing stock levels and preparing critical stock items
