QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
| Training / Education | Education in mechanical engineering / automotive engineering. |
| Work experience : | Minimum 3 years of pertinent professional experience in the development sector of the automotive or component supplier industry. |
| Job specific requirements : | In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing and construction techniques. Experience with design methodology. Pertinent experience in manufacturing and standardized production of detailed design. Good knowledge of the structural design of seats, ideally by CATIA. Demonstrate success in implementing complex development projects and in this context the leadership of project teams. Experience in the development and production of automotive seats ideal. Experience with quality issues such as FMEA, GD & T, APQP and PPAP. Deep user experience in CATIA for 2D and 3D. |

| Language skills : | Very good skills of the Englisch language. |
| Methodical requirements : | Solid experience of project management as a member of a project group as well as in the management of teams. Qualifications in the areas of presentation and moderation. |

İŞ TANIMI
We are looking for a “CAD/Project ENGINEER “ for our growing Engineering Organization***Temel Bilimler Mezunları Tercih Sebebidir***
- Responsible for design tasks in the area of the vehicle seat structure,and plastic parts. He/She designs and conceptualizes components designed according to specifications or customer requirements and carries out the corresponding drawings, and bills of materials.
- Solving problems relating to molding, efficiency, safety and ease of use and weight reduction in seats and seat components, by taking into account the feedbacks of test report and lesson learned databases.
- Creation of Part and Assembly drawings using computer-aided design systems.
- Development of design templates to another embodiment in the detailed design.
- Creation and maintenance of design documentation.
- Basic Seat Design Calculations.
- Care of prototyping and technical cooperation in related areas or project teams. Coordination of construction with customers and suppliers.
- Previous professional design experience with CATIA is plus.
- Previous professional experience and familiarity of standards for OEM customers like FORD, BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI is a plus.
- No international travel restriction .
