As a broker, MAKE is a completely independent player in the over-the-counter (OTC) financial or non-financial commodity markets. Our role primarily consists of providing a point of contact for institutional clients seeking to buy or sell financial or non-financial commodities. 
 
MAKE acts as a pure intermediary, taking no positions or dealing risks in the financial markets. Working at the very heart of the markets, MAKE is in continual contact with leading players in the major power companies in Turkey and Europe.

Requirements:

• New graduates with a Bachelor Degrees from reputable universities preferably in Engineering, Economics, Finance
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous issues
• Being comfortable working within a very fast paced environment
• Having strong communication skills to effectively drive trader relationship management
• A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Self-disciplined and motivated
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or have them postponed for at least two year

Being responsible for the core brokerage services, job description of the ideal candidate will be as follows:

• Have a good understanding of our clients’ needs and objectives
• Have a perfect knowledge of commodity markets
• Ensure market liquidity and respond rapidly to our clients’ needs
• Providing superior quality and high value added service
• Respect the confidential nature of our clients’ transactions
• Creating detailed end-of-day reports to have a better understading of the market
