*Keeping watch to provide 24/7 support and assistance to cinemas in first line, answering cases and telephone calls during the watch, and solving problems with on-site service if it cannot be solved by intervening remotely (NOC Duty)
*To ensure that the movie screening equipment remains operational. (Projector, Sound, Server, 3D etc.)
*Ensuring continuity in service quality by working with a focus on maximum guest satisfaction
*To direct our department managers to the purchasing department by informing them in order to direct the service providers
*Informing the cinema management and reporting to the manager in the negative findings of the movie screening equipment in the cinemas
*Following the cases which forwarded to service providers
*Maintenance and repair of sound,image, server, automation, 3D systems in the cinemas
*Taking an active role in the opening or closing of the New Cinema. (Equipment assembly or disassembly processes)
*Assisting the cinemas for the disassembly and repair of the speakers in the auditoriums
*Light path and optic block cleaning of projection machines
*Digital Signage defective support (screen and image transmission equipment)
*Controlling the movie screening equipments of Istanbul and out-of-Istanbul cinemas
*Ensuring the installation of sound, projector and 3D systems in accordance with the standards
*Installation and configure of new servers coming from abroad
*Adjusting the  EQ settings in auditoriums
*Maintenance and cleaning of Nec, Barco, Sony etc. Projector optics
*To provide training to cinemas for the operate of movie screening equipment
*Disassembling and packaging the film screening equipment in the cinemas that have closed or the auditoriums closed, and follow up until they go to the warehouse
*Device swap between cinemas(Projection, Lens, server, 3D system Disassembly, Assembly and adjustments)
*Troubleshooting and tracking of lighting and automation system malfunctions
